To make a custom product, you need to provide the size and details of the custom product and confirm whether you need to make a sample. If necessary, we will make samples and take pictures to show you. Finally, after you confirm the sample, we will produce the official order. The steps to customize the product are as follows:

1. Provide the product size and detailed requirements that need to be customized (it will be better if you attach a picture).
2. Confirm whether you need to make samples. If you need to make samples first, you need to provide proofing fees excluding freight. If you don't need to make samples, you will pay the product deposit directly.
3. After the sample is made, we will take photos for you. If you need to make the sample first, the sample will be sent to your shipping address after you pay the freight.
4. After confirming the sample, the official order will be produced. You need to pay the balance after the production is completed. Once the payment is confirmed, transportation will be arranged.
